What this page is for
Car Jumpstart Pros publishes guides, comparisons and practical advice to help drivers understand what their vehicle may need. This page explains how that material should be read.
Its scope is published information only. The warranty on our work and your rights as a consumer under UAE law are untouched by it, and both are dealt with in the terms and conditions.
General guidance, not advice for your vehicle
Articles describe typical cases. Cars vary with their year, trim level, the market they were built for and any earlier repairs, so two examples of the same model may take different parts.
Treat what you read as background. A dependable answer needs a technician to test your actual car, and ours do that before any part goes on.
How the content is researched
Technical explanations on this site draw on published guidance from battery and tyre manufacturers, motoring organisations and UAE authorities, combined with what our technicians see on call-outs.
We take care to get it right and correct it when we find an error. Even so, specifications change and an article that was accurate when written can go out of date. We cannot promise that each page is fully up to date on the day it is read.
If something looks wrong, tell us and we will check it.
Report an errorPrices and availability
Any price on this site is a starting price or an indication. The cost of a job depends on the vehicle, the part it takes, the brand you choose and where the vehicle is.
The price that applies is the one confirmed to you before work begins. Stock changes too, so a brand or part named on a page will not always be on hand for every car.
Arrival times, distances and maps
Arrival times quoted on the site reflect a normal day. They are estimates and do not form part of any contract.
The distances and drive times shown for each district are route estimates from our workshop calculated without live traffic. Real journeys can take longer, and the technician sent to you may start from somewhere closer.
Embedded maps are provided by Google. We do not control the routes, times or place details they display.
Do not attempt unsafe work
Some guides describe checks a driver can make safely. Vehicle batteries store significant energy, contain corrosive acid and can release flammable gas, and modern electronics can be damaged by a wrong connection.
Any work you choose to do on your own car is your responsibility. No page here should be read as telling you to try a task without the right training and tools. If you are unsure, stop and ask a professional.
In an emergency, or if anyone is hurt, call the UAE emergency services first.
Brand names and trade marks
Car makes and product brands are named on these pages only to show which vehicles are serviced and which parts are supplied. They belong to their owners. Their use is descriptive and does not mean we act as an authorised dealer or agent for any manufacturer, unless a page says so.
Other websites and apps
Links and buttons on this site may open services run by others, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
What this page does not change
